Resource Merge Priority
We have three sources of AWS SAM resource definitions loaded in the following order with the latest defined values overriding previously defined values:

LazyStack default resources. (internal)

AwsTemplate resources. (optional) User supplied AWS template.

LazyStack.yaml configuration file resources.
